At Rituals, we are looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Regulatory department. In this role, ensuring that all Rituals products meet applicable regulatory, safety, efficacy, and labeling requirements throughout their entire lifecycle, across all markets and categories.

From the earliest creative concept to the final product on the shelf, you make sure our formulations, claims, packaging and labels reflect all relevant legislation. You translate complex regulations into clear guidance, helping teams make confident decisions that keep our products safe, compliant and ready for launch.
