We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Release & Delivery Lead to drive cross‑team execution, release orchestration, and delivery governance across a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.

This is not a ceremonial Agile role. We’re seeking an execution‑first leader who builds delivery structure, drives accountability, removes blockers directly, and runs the release engine day-to-day.

You will operate at the center of Engineering, Product, Architecture, and DevOps — translating delivery strategy into high‑quality shipped releases at startup speed.
