Project Plan & Framework

• Ensure that the project framework, process and controls are followed and aligned with the program
• Validate the WBS from Markets, CASA, DATA and prepare consolidated WBS at release level

Planning & Coordination

• Harmonize inter-dependencies across Markets, CASA & DATA
• Regular meeting with APCF PM & Markets/CASA/DATA SI PM and stakeholders

Cost and Timeline management

• Monitor the cost usage (against AFA) across Markets, CASA & DATA
• Ensure that there is no impact to release level timeline and flag potential delay

Stakeholder engagement & Status reporting

• Engage release level stakeholders for the release
• Consolidate individual project status report and update the wider audience
• Prepare RAG status report at release level
• Maintain communication matrix for Release level
