Responsibilities:
Manage and improve reliability for the installed base in customer site, related to Mechanical Seals.
Fully focus on customer pain points related to reliability and liaison between customers and the EB office for eliminating the bad actors, claim management and thus bring higher reliability.
Perform Mechanical Seal troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) independently based on the inputs collected from customer site and take application engineering support.
Support the IP & AM Sales team in troubleshooting, RCA and claim management during the project stage. This will involve high amount of co-ordination directly with customers.
Prepare and submit regular reliability reports to all stakeholders (weekly/monthly).
