Senior Reliability Engineer GaN

Our international client is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer to work on GaN products. The role will involve developing lifetime models of GaN on Si devices as well as designing effective reliability tests in collaboration with foundries and assembly houses. Identifying and investigating the reliability of new GaN devices though temperature cycling tests will be required. An important part of the role will be the qualification of GaN devices according to JEDEC standards.

Required skills for the Senior Reliability Engineer GaN will include:

Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics, preferably of GaN power devices 

Previous experience in reliability engineering and related standards practices in the semiconductor industry 

Experience with finite element simulation tools and TCAD software 

Strong communication skills
