Senior Reliability Engineer

Provides site‑wide strategic reliability leadership, responsible for the Reliability/Availability Strategy and its governance. Acts as a trusted advisor to the Asset Leadership Team (ALT) and leads reliability governance. Reports to the Business Improvement Manager. Key Responsibilities

Develop, steward, and govern reliability and availability strategies for Scotford, using benchmarking and performance insights to set standards, define roadmaps, and lead governance reviews. Define decision criteria and support to prioritise reliability/availability investments, present recommendations and risk/value trade‑offs to the ALT, and track delivery. Accountable for the site reliability improvement portfolio, ensuring scope, resourcing, and execution against targets.
