Senior Reporting & GL Management Executive (Contract)

Requirements

To support existing staff in managing the end‑to‑end ITSR regulatory reporting solution in line with BNM requirements and deadlines for both the General Fund and Shareholders’ Fund , including:

• Prepare, update, and maintain the ITSR workings template, and ensure accurate input into the reporting forms
• Performing data validation, reconciliation, and review of system‑generated reports
• Liaising with Actuarial, Investment, and IT teams, as well as external solution vendor, on reporting matters
• Managing reporting issues, system enhancements, and change requests
• To support or prepare current TOSS reporting for BNM submission
• To assist in monthly and/or yearly closing
• Ad‑hoc assignment to be determined by superior from time to time
• To assist in relevant daily tasks as and when required
