Senior Research Analyst - Alternatives

**Overview:**

Identifies, analyzes and recommends alternative investments to improve portfolio outcomes for clients.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Manager selection, due diligence and monitoring across private equity, private real estate, private credit and hedge funds
+ Collaborate with client-facing colleagues to strengthen their understanding of investment solutions.
+ Participate in client and prospect meetings to help solidify current relationships and to develop new business.
+ Analyze risks, exposures and performance drivers of investment strategies.
+ Manage and allocate research work to less experienced teammates.
+ Prepare documentation to approve investments, and communicate portfolio performance, investment options, risks and pending decisions.
+ Conduct regular meetings and calls to discuss organizational developments, investment strategy and performance/risk.
