Senior Research Analyst (Quantitative & Qualitative Research)

JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have several years of experience in quantitative market research (e.g., surveys) and, ideally, some experience (or at least an interest) in qualitative research (e.g., focus groups and interviews). He/she will be able to fulfil the following scope of work:

Research, Analysis and Insights

• Support and work on a variety of research (e.g. customer experience, brand and communications) and data sources (e.g. surveys, secondary data, social media).
• Design or assist with screener and discussion guide for qualitative research and questionnaire, including testing the links to ensure no errors, for quantitative research.
• Review and process data that is collected to ensure high quality standards
• Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts
