Senior Research Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Undertake research and analysis of corporate entities through thorough assessment of the key credit factors, including strengths and weaknesses to analyze creditworthiness and debt repayment capacity.
• Understanding the bank's internal methodology used for credit assessments.
• Preparing a detailed credit assessment report and elaborately discuss the company profile and credit risk considerations.
• Assess viability of expansion projects and/or M&A activities using valuation techniques (DCF analysis) to recommend credit alternatives.
• Prepare / update financial models or financial spreads (including projections) using company filings.
• Prepare a detailed peer analysis on operating and financial parameters.
• Should be able to defend his/her views on the counterparty / covered entity when challenged by senior stakeholders.
