Senior Research Associate Crops

**Description**:
Lead seed production and data collection in corn and sorghum crops for the different breeding programs in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America that are established in the Tlajomulco Research Center through the planning, execution and supervision of activities that ensure the production of seed with physical, genetic, physiological and phytosanitary quality in sufficient quantities established for each program in the most efficient way possible.
**Activities**
- Execute all the pertinent actions evaluated and approved to achieve maximum compliance with the quantity and quality of seeds.
- Plan seed production activities to ensure that the necessary resources are available on time and in accordance with the need during the production cycle, including input and personnel needs.
- Supervise the fulfillment of the activities on a daily basis and make progress reports, efficiency and needs of the current operation.
