Senior Research Associate I, Protein Engineering (Vancouver)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, perform, and optimize purification workflows of multispecific antibody therapeutics using AKTA (FPLC) systems, gravity flow columns, and high-throughput plate-based methods
• Perform analytical and biophysical characterization of antibodies and other protein therapeutics for quality control, stability, and developability studies.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate binding studies using SPR, BLI, Kinexa and/or flow cytometry methods, either independently or in collaboration with teammates
• Analyze and review data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for future investigations
• Initiate and execute novel methods and/or suggest innovative and impactful changes to methods independently or in collaboration with team members
• Participate in cross-departmental collaborative activities and present data at departmental and project team meetings
