This position applies cellular and molecular biology expertise to contribute to the design and development of a prototype potency assay aimed at evaluating AAV quality.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

・Design and develop a prototype potency assay, including protein expression assay, infectivity assay, and functional assay.

・Collaborate with related functions, including CMC and other cross-functional teams.

・Maintain and update scientific knowledge on novel technologies.

・Provide regular reports to the Senior Scientist and Head of Discovery Intelligence in GT Engineering, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.

This position is based in Tsukuba in Japan and will require on-site work to manage wet lab works.
