Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Manager – R&D (New Product Development) to lead our innovation and process improvement efforts in the agrochemical domain. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of organic chemistry, hands-on lab experience, and a successful track record of scale-up and technology transfer from lab to plant.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct literature surveys for new product development, existing process optimization, and prepare technical feasibility/Return on Synthesis (ROS).
✅ Identify improvement areas in existing molecules; support plant teams during troubleshooting.
