Job Overview:
The individual is responsible for leading and managing research projects end-to-end — from
proposal design and execution to analysis and presentation. The role involves converting complex
data into meaningful insights, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high quality outputs that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Project Leadership & Management
Independently manage small to medium-scale research projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop research proposals, sampling frameworks, and cost estimates in consultation with the Research Manager.
