We are looking for Account Manager (Research Executive)/Senior Account Manager (Senior Research Executive) with 2-3 years of Market Research experience in the Customer Experience team (CX), Mumbai

Handling End to End Research Stages (Receiving Client Brief, Proposal Writing, Customized Questionnaire Building , Coordinating with the Scripting & the Analysis Team, Preparation of Research Instruments, Briefing the Project Management & Field Teams, Launching the Field Work, Quota Management, preparing reports and presenting the key insights to clients)
Skills Required & Other Requirement
1. Well versed with MR approaches & studies like Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) etc.
2. Conversant with MS Office and SPSS, with reasonable analytical bent of mind and skills
3. Should have a presentable persona and should be able to interact with clients confidently.
