Senior Research Fellow (Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Environmental/Electrical Engineering)

Job Description The MESD Centre of Excellence is searching for Senior Research Fellows to work on research projects aimed at exploring alternative fuels and energy sources for the maritime industry. The Senior Research Fellows will investigate the solutions of alternative fuels and energy sources and assess their compatibility for maritime applications, including onboard trial. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing project reports and papers for publications, conducting experiments, and making presentations to stakeholders. The Senior Research Fellows will also perform tasks related to programme management and centre operations. They will have the opportunity to lead their own research topics, identify research areas relevant to maritime energy and sustainable development, liaise with project stakeholders, and work with the management team on strategic planning and centre operations.
