Senior Research Scientist – Structure Guided Protein Engineering

We are seeking an exceptional computational scientist to drive structure-guided protein engineering and affinity maturation, with an emphasis on monoclonal antibody therapeutics and complex antibody-protein interactions. Your role sits at the intersection of high resolution structural data and in-silico therapeutic design, partnering closely with wet-lab teams to deliver engineered molecules with measurable improvements in affinity, specificity, and developability.
