Senior Researcher/Senior Analytical Chemist

The Aquaculture & Marine Biodiversity Research Group at NORCE Climate and Environment is seeking a highly motivated senior analytical chemist to join our Mass Spectrometry Laboratory in Randaberg, Norway. Our lab is a leading center for environmental analytical chemistry, delivering cutting‑edge insights into complex environmental and biological samples. We combine state‑of‑the‑art chromatography and mass spectrometry with advanced computational and data‑driven tools to support interdisciplinary research addressing emerging environmental challenges.
This role is ideal for a scientist who can lead high‑impact analytical projects, mentor staff, and drive research proposals and grant applications, strengthening the group’s technical expertise and strategic research profile.
