- Responsible for the technical performance of projects assigned
- Assist the team leader to maintain and develop the Company's client base by winning clients' satisfaction and trust during the performance of assigned projects
- Assist in preparation of proposals for potential projects
- Assist the team leader and work closely with members within the Function Group in relation to the following activities:
- Project programming, implementation, review, monitoring and management
- Preparation of disciplinary system designs and reports
- Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm to staff within the team and motivate those staff to achieve the performance expected of the Function Group
