**Your Impact**

**_Pre-construction phase:_**

+ Conduct constructability reviews of design documents
+ Provide cost estimating and budget development
+ Help with bid package preparation and contractor selection
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants
+ Scheduling and coordinating Pre-construction and Partnering meetings

**_Construction phase:_**

+ Monitor project progress against schedule and budget
+ Identify and manage potential risks
+ Review change orders and recommend approvals
