Senior Resident Technician

Key Responsibilities:
+ Technical Installation & Maintenance
+ Install, terminate, test, and label copper (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A) and fiber optic cabling systems in residential, office, and data center environments.
+ Execute rack and stack activities, including the physical installation of servers, network switches, routers, and related IT equipment.
+ Perform hardware refresh, structured cabling upgrades, and patching activities as part of ongoing support and service improvement.
+ Conduct troubleshooting and fault isolation on structured cabling and network connectivity issues.
+ Perform site surveys, create accurate as-built documentation, and ensure compliance with cabling and electrical standards (EIA/TIA, ISO/IEC).
+ Coordination & Project Support
+ Coordinate with data center operations, project managers, and service delivery teams to ensure project milestones and SLAs are met.
