Our client, a residential construction company in Brisbane, is looking for a Senior Residential Draftsperson to support a range of house and land projects. This role requires at least 10 years' experience in residential drafting within volume housing, with strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, local council requirements, and developer guidelines.

Key responsibilities include preparing concept and construction drawings, producing accurate documentation for standard plans and client variations, interpreting engineering and survey plans, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring all designs meet compliance standards. The role demands excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
