Role:
The Senior Resource Geologist will be responsible for the evaluation, estimation, and ongoing maintenance of mineral resources, with a strong focus on porphyry and epithermal style. The role requires a mature, hands-on geologist with practical experience working in active mining operations, capable of bridging geological interpretation with operational realities.
Key Functions:
Resource Modeling & Estimation
· Develop, update, and maintain geological and resource models in accordance with JORC / NI / CIM/ PMRC or other relevant reporting codes.
· Interpret complex geological datasets for porphyry and epithermal mineral systems, including lithology, alteration, structure, and mineralization controls.
· Perform grade estimation using appropriate geostatistical methods and ensure defensible assumptions.
· Prepare and support resource statements, technical reports, and internal reviews.<...
