FOH Manager / Senior Restaurant Manager – Authentic Italian Restaurant

A well-established, authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in the Fourways area is looking for a strong Front of House Manager / Senior Manager to lead our small, passionate team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves hospitality, understands the numbers behind a successful restaurant, and values quality, consistency, and guest experience.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a FOH Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager

-Strong knowledge of stock control, food cost, and cost management

-Confident leadership and team management skills

-Excellent customer service and brand awareness

Salary: R14,000 – R16,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
