Job Title: Senior Restaurant Manager - Snaxx Operations
Core Qualifications and Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage (F&B) management, preferably in sports arenas, concert halls, and cinema operation settings.

Technical and Financial Proficiency

• Proficient in P&L (Profit & Loss) management, particularly in cost control, inventory & labor management, and sales forecasting, including revenue optimization through local store marketing.

Operational and Regulatory Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of Philippine food safety standards implementation and sanitation protocols for high-traffic venues.
