Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of bankruptcy estates
Understand legal aspects, processes, and timeline of bankruptcy administrations 
Prepare letters, notices, emails and reports
Take control of bankrupt's assets followed by realisation
Gather information from bankrupts and other third parties
Maintain a database of information and records
Review and present financial information •
Conduct site visits
Adjudicate creditors' claims
Investigate past transactions
Assist with the reviewing of cases/issues, and preparation of file-notes
Attend meetings and take down minutes
Coach and guide junior team members, and review their work
Requirements
Degree in accountancy, law or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
2 to 3 years of experience in corporate insolvency and/or external audit
