Senior Retail Coordinator

We are hiring a Senior Retail Coordinator for our retail company in Downtown, Beirut.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, visual standards, stock handling & inventory accuracy
• Coordinate logistics, compliance & reporting to support retail operations
• Recruit, train & develop a high-performing, customer-focused retail team
• Drive sales targets & in-store activations while ensuring customer care
• Lead retail strategy, KPIs & team performance with management

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Retail Management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• 3+ years of Experience in Retail
• Knowledge in Inventory Systems
• English is a MUST
