Responsibilities
Support Retail Performance Oversee the retail operations, identify opportunities to maximize floor performance, BOH enhancement and improve client journey at Valentino stores Monitor and communicate retail performance targets with the stores for sales, incentive and key KPIs Maintain a strong presence on the floor and support the Retail Director/Store Managers in developing and implementing action plans based on the observations and areas of opportunities Help to review the regional reports, mystery shopping results and highlight the key takeaways
