Overview

Our client is one of the local market leader in Property industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Leasing Executive, in hopes of developing the current high performing leasing team. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning, including tenant mix review and optimisation.
• Source, propose, and secure suitable tenants through outreach, site viewings, and lease negotiations (new and renewal).
• Prepare and manage lease documentation, marketing kits, and tenancy records.
• Monitor tenant sales, lease performance, rental analysis, and forecasting using internal systems.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support mall performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and real estate consultants.
