• Responsible for Display Solution:
  • Co‑work with local market on display design and production
  • Source local producers and build up strategic partnerships. Guiding principle: cost‑efficient and good quality
  • Arrange and follow display production until it is delivered to retailers
• Responsible for Store Efficiency Upgrade:
  • Store visit mechanism design (SOP, checklist, reporting requirement, etc.)
  • Maintain a full list of retailer stores
  • Maintain store manager/session manager relationship
• Responsible for Merchandiser Management, building up a mechanism and executing:
  • Source labor vendors for strategic partnership
  • SOP & product training
