**Overall Job Summary**

This position will support our Retail Media team by playing a key role in analyzing data, generating insights, and creating reports that help drive the effectiveness of our retail media strategies. The Sr Analyst, using strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, will turn data into actionable business intelligence for the company.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

**Data Analysis and Reporting:**

+ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to retail media performance, customer behavior, and ad effectiveness.
+ Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail media campaigns.
