Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and accountability for store performance and individual productivity.
• Support store goal setting and ensure team adherence to productivity and service standards.
• Lead by example by demonstrating excellent customer service behaviors and approach standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in-store, partnering with the Store Manager when required.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Address and resolve team conflicts in a timely and constructive manner.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Utilize training programs to develop team capabilities and provide ongoing coaching.
• Develop and execute action plans to address business challenges and drive desired results.
