Job Description
As part of the Group Rewards function, this role will be heavily involved in designing and maintaining Performance, Compensation, and Benefits policies/ frameworks for the Great Eastern Group. Key Responsibilities You will be heavily involved in the execution of the Annual Performance Management and Compensation Review exercise as well as supporting the team in data mining and analysis. Specific job tasks may include: Managing the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation and performance review to facilitate the annual performance management as well as compensation review across the Group Preparation of reports for Senior Management and Remuneration Committee as well as managing other regular compensation and performance reporting Provide support in managing the annual cycle timelines and communications with stakeholders.
