Senior RFIC Design Engineer – SiGe/SOI Technologies
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced RFIC design engineer to lead the development of high-performance RFICs in SiGe/SOI for advanced communications applications. This is a role for someone passionate about cutting‑edge communications systems, who can bridge the gap between circuit‑level design and full system performance and drive complex RFIC projects from concept to production. The candidate will have a solid background in SiGe and/or SOI technologies, strong system‑level understanding of RF circuits and will be technically proficient in the design of individual RF blocks (LNAs, mixers, VCOs, PAs, etc.).
