POSITION SUMMARY:

MPL’s ROW Specialist roles and responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relations with landowners; negotiating agreements and enforcing land agreements in place; and working with landowners, commercial businesses, contractors, and other company personnel to ensure Company assets are protected. This role may require up to 40% travel.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Serves as the primary contact for establishing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and resolving disputes to avoid legal action and media attention.
