The Senior Risk & Compliance Specialist is a key member of the Distribution First Line Risk & Compliance team, responsible for the provision of high-quality advice, risk and compliance services to the Distribution business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Distribution Leadership Team to provide support, direction and guidance on all regulatory, risk and compliance matters.
Supporting the integration, implementation and embedment of new risk and compliance methodologies and frameworks for the business.
Proactively embed and improve a risk management culture across the Distribution business
Manage, monitor and maintain a structured and systematic approach to 1st Line risk through the identification of risk and compliance matters...
