Senior Road Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification with a recognized engineering body (e.g., GhIE, ICE, ASCE).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in road and highway engineering, with a proven track record in delivering large and complex road projects.
Strong technical expertise in road design, pavement engineering, and construction supervision.
Proven experience with relevant design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX Road, InRoads).
Solid understanding of local and international road design standards (e.g., AASHTO, BS, or equivalent).
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
