Senior Rock Engineering Superintendent

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Strata Control Officer in Brits, North West, South Africa. This role requires a high level of expertise in strata control practices, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, 2 of which should be in a supervisory role. You will ensure adherence to the Minerals Act and manage key responsibilities including people management, performance targets, and the implementation of safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a COMREC certificate and have strong competencies in mining processes, ventilation control, and project management. Additional qualifications in mining engineering or geology are advantageous.
