Job Summary

The RPA Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting daily operations of Robotic Automation efforts by capturing application requirements for bot automations. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the needs of business partners and translating those needs into business requirements through elicitation and documentation. The resulting business requirements documentation is used as a basis for functional and technical requirements. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change.
