You're a senior Rust developer with strong experience working on blockchain or privacy-focused systems, ideally within the Zcash ecosystem. You're comfortable navigating complex, distributed systems and understand how protocol-level decisions impact security, performance, and user privacy. You enjoy owning features end-to-end, from design through implementation, and you're confident working across the full project lifecycle. You're detail-oriented, pragmatic, and a thoughtful problem solver who's excited to build robust, production-grade systems that actually matter.
Have to have Skills
