Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Define and implement Functional Safety requirements for FPSO projects as part of the Instrument team
Prepare the Functional Safety Management Plan and Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Define the scope of Functional Safety Assessments (FSA), coordinate with third-party specialists, and ensure implementation of recommendations
Participate in SIL assessment workshops and define SIL requirements in accordance with IEC 61511
Develop Cause and Effect Diagrams for ESD, PSD, and F&G systems aligned with SAFE charts and shutdown hierarchy
