Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise & leadership in all Admin duties, cash deals with/without trades, lien searches, buyouts, releasing liens
- Support the branches as needed
- Participate in corporate projects
- Process deals for all funders processes (Ceres, CWBNational, FCC, DLL, Wells Fargo, Calidon), lease & lease maturities
- Manage unpaid sold within AOR
- Understands Dealer Inventory Tracking
- Handle confidential/sensitive info
- Participate in training
- Build strong co-worker relations, contribute positively to team
Requirements
- Admin & financial expertise, strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills & confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter, organized, can manage time
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
