Senior Sales Closer

Job Description:

Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sales Closers to join our in-house international campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results. You will handle qualified leads, negotiate deals, and ensure successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients over the phone to close qualified sales leads.
• Maintain a professional and confident communication style.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience on every interaction.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle U.S.-based clients professionally.
• Availability for the night shift (6 PM – 4 AM).
