Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving Adaca's growth by generating qualified sales opportunities, managing outbound prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline across Adaca's IT consulting and digital services offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to engage with prospects across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social outreach.
The SDR works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into meaningful sales conversations, gather market insights, and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to client onboarding.
