What you will do:
As a Sales Manager at Johnson Controls, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the profit margin of our HVAC business. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, fostering relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will also ensure timely payment collections and deliver competitive quotations to improve sales effectiveness.

Achieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as established.
Generate and submit accurate quotations, along with regular sales forecasts and collection reports, adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with customers on secured projects to implement the supply scope as per the purchase order and manage invoicing accordingly.
