Senior Sales Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment, focusing on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.
This role requires strong technical competence, consultative sales capability, and excellent communication skills, particularly in English. You will engage corporate clients, understand their energy challenges, and propose technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Corporate Sales
Identify, approach, and develop new C&I customers (factories, warehouses, commercial buildings, industrial facilities).
Conduct consultative discussions to understand customer energy profiles, operational constraints, and financial objectives.
Market and sell Solar PV and BESS solutions, including peak shaving, load shifting, and energy optimization use cases.
