Job Description
- Identifying and developing business opportunities for Protection & Automation (PA), SCADA / Digital Substation, and Medium Voltage (MV) Primary & Secondary Distribution solutions.
- Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and customer engagement to technical scoping, tender support, negotiation, and order closing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, utilities, industrial, CPG, and other key customer segments.
- Conducting customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations to influence specifications and position competitive offerings.
- Interpreting customer requirements, SLDs, protection philosophies, and MV system layouts to ensure compliant and optimized solutions.
- Collaborating with Tendering and Engineering teams to develop competitive proposals and providing complete sales handovers (scope, BOM, pricing strategy, competitor insights).
