Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
Own and grow revenue, margin, and volume for assigned province/region (or national, depending on appointment).
Develop and execute a channel plan across distributors, buying groups, fitment centres, spares shops, wholesalers, and retailers.
Build a robust pipeline: prospecting, account acquisition, onboarding, and early-life account management.
Manage and grow key accounts: joint business plans, promotions, range listings, pricing, rebates/discount structures.
Ensure trade execution: availability, merchandising support, training, and in-store visibility (where applicable).
Forecasting and reporting: weekly pipeline, monthly forecasts, and performance tracking via CRM.
Negotiate commercial agreements within approval frameworks; manage deal governance and credit/risk alignment.
Gather market intelligence: competitor pricing, channel shifts, product performance, and customer feedback
