• Manage and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via website, email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct needs analysis and proposes suitable technical services / solutions to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and repeat customers.
• Work closely with marketing and technical team to improve lead quality and conversion rate.
• Track sales pipeline, lead status, and forecast using tracking tools.
